Who We Are and
What We Do

We Intentionally Support Our Community; Healing Ourselves and Each Other!

“One Tribe, One Village” Community Out-Reach Program is a catalyst for change on a grassroots level. We are a nonprofit community project organization whose mission is to develop and implement programs that empower and improve the quality of life for individuals and families within underrepresented communities.

Our vision is to create programs such as; community gardens that are maintained by community members—providing fresh organic fruits and vegetables, nutritional workshops, and cooking healthy meals workshops. We provide our homeless community a small stipend per project to become an actively participating citizen that takes responsibility for their health, living circumstances, and desire to be victorious over their current conditions. We provide Carpentry and Handy-Worker workshops that help community members with the upkeep of their homes. “One Tribe, One Village” program offers quality services that enable persons to become self-sufficient and productive members of the community.

Community Garden

One of our main causes here at “One Tribe, One Village” is Feeding Children, an issue that touches many lives, particularly those in the East Bay communities. We spend a significant portion of our resources on tackling this problem. See how you can help by contacting one of our project coordinators.

Homeless Community

“One Tribe, One Village” was originally founded to expose the East Bay area’s Homeless struggles and implement solutions that promote self-worth, community participation, and the responsibility to improve one's own health and quality of life. See how you can help by contacting us below.

Community Building

One goal of “One Tribe, One Village” is to ensure that the most vulnerable and at-risk groups in our communities are safe and have their basic needs taken care of. With your generous donations and volunteering efforts, you have the capacity to help us in our endeavor of Fighting Poverty and Building Community. Contact us to learn more.

One Tribe's Youth Program

At One Tribe One Village, we’re dedicated to helping our community as a whole with a special interest in the youth and under-represented. As a leading charitable organization in the San Francisco/East Bay area since 2018, with a fully volunteered staff dedicated to working with our youth and marginalized community members, we continue to support programs that provide relevant learning and youth development opportunities that inspire humanity, creativity, academic achievement, and wellness.

Make a Difference in the Community

Lead by Queen Mother Oloya and her creative co-facilitators (all volunteers), our Afterschool and Summer Activities Programs are thriving with creativity. From sublimation cups to crafts, greeting cards, theater set design, and sewing projects, our youth are busy beautifying the community, local hospitals, nursing homes, and community events. If you’re looking to play a part, find out more about how to donate or volunteer. Your help really makes all the difference to our community recipients. Contact us to learn more about our different services and how you can help us make a difference.
